Product introduction

 

1)        Electric loading,High accuracy sensor,with special closed-loop control system,each force is automatically compensated。

2)        Automatic turret, objectives and indenter can switch freely, testing point is positioning automatically,auto loading,auto unloading.With two objectives outer lighting,almost solve the problem which can not test when indentation is too small or too bi, outer lighting make the indentation more clear and precise.

3)        Objective with digital encoder, when test D1,D2 value, LCD display can show hardness value ,D1 and D2 value directly.

4)        Can calibrate according to standard block and length scale

5)        Test force can self-correct though standard dynamometer

6)        Conversion between Rockwell and Brinell hardness value

7)        All data is saved in USB disk as EXCEL format
